Lead Service Line Photo Verification Instructions
To help the city in determining the type and size of your service lines, please follow the Guidelines below to submit your photos.
Initial Service Line Inventory Accessibility Notification
The City of Red Lake Falls and Moore Engineering submitted the annual service line materials inventory update to the Minnesota Department of Health. The service line inventory is publicly available, and you can check the materials for your service line by visiting the Lead Line Inventory Tracking Tool (LITT) at https://maps.umn.edu/LSL/.
The City of Red Lake Falls mailed out notices on November 19, 2025 to individuals who may be served by a galvanized or unknown classification service line. No action is required from the property owner at this time. A copy of each of the letters is available for your review on our website.
At the time of this submission our inventory contains 0 lead, 14 galvanized requiring replacement, 168 unknown material, and 412 non-lead service lines.
