Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Red Lake Falls, Red Lake County, Minnesota was duly held in the Council Chambers of said City on the 28th day of December, 2020.
Members Present: Allen Bertilrud, Neil Knaack, Briana Ingraham, Kevin Brevik, Cheryl Matzke
Members Absent: Terri Hams
Others Present: Kathy Schmitz, Delray Sparby, Matt Swendra, Carol Seeger, Dylan Brown
The Zoom meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m.
Ingraham moved, seconded by Brevik, to approve the Agenda as presented.
On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously passed.
Brevik moved, seconded by Ingraham, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented.

On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously passed.
NEW BUSINESS
Ingraham moved, seconded by Knaack, to have Stantec prepare a proposal for funding for the Bottineau Ave and River St NE water and sewer project to include grinders and water tower reconditioning; Hamilton Ave NE from 4th to 7th St NE water, sewer and street project; 5th St NE water, sewer and Frederick Ave NE sewer and street project; Champagne Ave SW water, sewer and street; 6th St SW water, sewer and street and State Ave SW water, sewer and street project. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously passed.
Matzke moved, seconded by Brevik, to approve Resolution #12-03-2020 – Approving Transfer of Funds. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously passed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
